About This Course
The Quran with Tajweed course at Quran Sphere Academy is tailored for learners who seek to recite the Quran as it was revealed — clearly, beautifully, and in accordance with classical Tajweed principles. Students will not only learn the technical aspects of Tajweed but also gain a spiritual connection to the Quran. Open to children, adults, and reverts, the course is delivered by certified male and female instructors in live one-on-one or group sessions, with flexible scheduling for all time zones.

Students learn core rules, pronunciation techniques, and apply them in live sessions — with real-time feedback from certified instructors. 1.Introduction to Tajweed & Its Importance
Understand the purpose and significance of Tajweed — not as a technical requirement only, but as a way to protect the message of the Quran. Students will learn how Tajweed preserves the meaning, rhythm, and beauty of Allah’s words, and why it’s an obligation upon every Muslim to strive for correct pronunciation.
2. Makharij (Points of Articulation)
Explore the exact points in the mouth, nose, and throat from where each Arabic letter must be pronounced. This section builds the foundation of clear Quranic recitation and helps eliminate common pronunciation mistakes, especially for non-native speakers.
3.Rules of Noon Sakin, Meem Sakin & Tanween
Learn vital Tajweed rules like:
Idghaam (merging)
Ikhfa (concealing)
Izhaar (clarity)
Iqlab (conversion)
These rules are essential for smooth, accurate, and melodious recitation and are taught with ample examples and practice.
4. Madd (Prolongation Rules)
Understand the different types of Madd (elongation) and how they apply during recitation. Students will learn the correct timing for stretching sounds — which enhances fluency and keeps the recitation in line with the way the Prophet ﷺ taught it.
5.Practical Recitation of Short Surahs
Students will apply all learned Tajweed rules through guided recitation of short Surahs, starting from Juz Amma. This phase ensures regular feedback, error correction, and confidence building, while memorizing and internalizing correct recitation patterns.
